Another Spring filled with big bugs on the water and the local population of trout going ape shit over them. I had a chance to fish for two different species of trout this year during the world famous Deschutes River salmonfly hatch. It was a great experience, but the one thing I learned is to invest in some Chubby Chernobyls (purple and gold ones).
