Zion I & the Grouch come together for their second album release as "Heroes in the Healing of the Nation"
I was tapped to produce some possible album images, here's two of the shots that were ultimately used in the final layout. What an honor! It's so cool to see your photography on an LP cover! Now it's on the wall!
The album was released on the 22nd of March 2011 and instantly made it to #9 on iTunes top hip hop albums sold. To back up their release they set out on tour with the Shotgun Wedding Quintet, and BLU & Exile.
The tour just stopped in Portland to perform at Branx and have an "in-store" performance at Music Millennium. It was a great show supported by some of Portland's talented MC's (L-Pro, Gepetto, Tope, Destro) and a TON of loyal Z&G fans.
