This winter, The Grouch returns with his highly anticipated annual, “How the Grouch Stole Christmas Tour ”.  After the overwhelming success of last year’s outing, The Grouch raises the bar by going outside his usual cast of characters, and enlisting a handful of the West Coast’s most promising talents.

 This year, the buzz worthy and undeniably dope duo of Fashawn & Exile will kick in the door with the opening duties. Fans will then be treated to a verbal assault delivered by none other than the Bay Area’s own charismatic ambassador, Mistah F.A.B. The Grouch , assisted by DJ Fresh , will close the evening, making sure that every heart, mind, and ear in the building has been stolen! On select dates fellow Living Legend member, Luckyiam will join him with his new group comprised of himself and Sapient (Sandpeople), who are known as The Prime

:::Thanksgiving Fly Fishing Trip Steelhead Search:::

Did a little weekend trip searching for the Winter Steelhead over the holiday with my friend Jerome.  He was excited to use his new Galvan Reel on his spey rod.  First we hit the Sandy River then East to the Hood River.  The next day we packed up the poles and bikes to hit up the Deschutes River.  It was so cold out there, I was in my down jacket the whole time.   Got to get back out there though.

:::: BB KING AT THE ROSELAND THEATER::::

I can now gladly say that BB KING  has been scratched from my list of music legends to photograph.  He and his BB KING Band performed at the Roseland Theatre tonight in Portland.  It was truly an honor to have been in his presence even just for an hour or so.  I can defiantly say that this experience makes me want to attend more big band type shows at  local places such as Jimmy Mak's, who offer this on a regular basis.

Slick Rick by Mo is how the night started with a night of hip hop legends gracing Portland's Roseland Theater. The human beat box Rahzel was amazing to see. Up until this performance the best beatboxers I've seen were Spearhead's Radioactive, and Portland's Fogatron. The Beatnuts were great with their classics and new hits as well, then the ruler took the stage. Sporting a chain gang that would make Mr. T envious Slick Rick the Ruler emerged as the long awaited crowed favorite. Just his presence on the stage alone demanded respect, he didn't have to say a word. Then came the old school familiar flows that we all love so much. The ruler has spoken.
